Great Blue Heron but it could be non-mating plumage. However, it is so far away that it is hard to tell.
I agree with Great Blue Heron, this is a juvenile.
The flight posture looks much more like a Great Blue Heron (Ardea herodias). I believe it if it were a Sandhill Crane the neck would be more extended in flight.
