The Plumage seen in picture of Brown Chest and down side is seen in Black headed Kingfisher.
May be Indian Robin which some times give Blue look.

no when i saw it , it was colorful bird unlike sparrow which has shades of brown. At first I thought if it was kingfisher but it wasn't one .However colors were bright and mainly shades of blue.
