That's a very cute plant. I don't recognise it but it looks like it is well equipped to deal with life in the desert. The hairs insulate the plant & stop it from loosing water too quickly. They also help to keep the cells inside the leaves cool by reflected some of the sunlight! Pretty neat I reckon. Hope someone can ID it.
