Description:

Ticoglossum is a genus with two species of native orchids of Central America. The prefix, TICO refers to Costa Rica.
These are epiphytic orchids, caespitose, with pseudobulbs ovoid-ellipsoid, 5 cm long and 2.5 cm wide.
Inflorescences erect, lateral pseudobulb, usually with 2 flowers
