@ CherreyMaePanchoBartolata and Atul, the transparency of the wings of my spotting doesn't seem to extend all the way to their tips (a significant portion of the wing tips are pigmented) as shown in the pics of ur suggested dragonflies. Can you please explain ??? ;)

OK, that is a nice info. :) would be useful since there are lots of dragonflies in this season. Thank you yet again.

most of the times in some species like the ruddy marsh skimmer the male is red and the female is golden yellow ,the male is generally brightly colored as in this case.
