Field Notes

Notes:

A bunch of migrating Robins were in the yard today, feeding on hawthorn berries. They're so much fun to watch when they're in the trees, on the ground and flying all around.

Thanks Landmark. This was in my front yard and I took the pictures from an open window on the second floor. As long as I didn't move too much, the birds didn't know I was there.
great shot, tom! i can never get that close to robins, although we have em like CRAZY here in PA
