Description:

Beautiful medium sized butterfly. Possibly a type of Meadow Fritillary. Looks similar to the Silvery Checkerspot, but Pearly Crescent is my final conclusion.

Habitat:

Meadow in the Poconos

I think you are right. And almost positive it is the Pearly Crescent although the Silvery Checkerspot looks so similar.
I would say a Crescent, but I'm not sure which sp. without looking at a guide.
