Description:

Possibly a Marsh Terrapin judging by the habitat, and the fact that he is eyeing up the young Green-backed Heron for breakfast!

Habitat:

Small lake in Sabie river thickets

It was at Lake Panic Don, but since a few days ago there has been a problem with the map - the pin is still in the correct place if you zoom in, but the place names below the map have shifted by a few hundred miles! Apparently the map software cannot cope with more than 150,000 spottings. It is being looked into.
It was at Lake Panic near Skukuza in the Kruger Park
Looks just like the Terrapin I spotted in that exact spot a few months ago :)
