Description:

Wing span: 4-5 centimetres
Their wings are a bright yellow with black wide stripes at the edge on the upperside. On the underside are reddish brown spots although their numbers vary. One of the most common butterflies in Hong Kong, they fly very slowly but are very sensitive.
