Sorry, forgot again the link: http://www.butterfliesofamerica.com/L/dircenna_olyras_relata_types.htm http://butterfliesofamerica.com/godyris_zavaleta_caesiopicta_specimens.htm
It is Dircenna olyras relata. Look and follow very carefully at the veins on the forewing (in the link). There you see it is Olyras. In Godyris the dark margin is broader and there is a tiny little difference in the veins: Look at the second patch on the forewing (numbers of patches in your shot: your © is in patch #4, so go to the left and take the 2 "smaller" patches #1 and #2, I hope you can follow me description ;-)...). The base of this patch (top in your shot) is smaller in Godyris than in Olyras. And it is also the male.
I dont think they can be founded in PA http://www.learnaboutbutterflies.com/Amazon%20-%20Godyris%20zavaleta.htm
Thank you Carol, Birdlady and Randall you are right it is a lantana camara flower
Splendid little creature... feeding on flowers of lantana camara I suspect...
thank you for your nice comments. :) P.S. Quite a stunning photo! I don't know if we have these type here in PA
