Field Notes

Description:

Green Leafhopper with blue orange markings on head. There is also an orange stripe down the center of the thorax and down the wings. The eyes are bright yellow. Long antennae.

Habitat:

This hopper was on an unknown sapling in backyard. This species seems to be limited to California and perhaps Oregon and Baja California.
