Description:

Eggs of Snails found in rice field.
The local farmers probably don't 'kill' the snails but collects them as they do eat them, its a delicacy among locals, they call it Kuhol.

Notes:

This specie of Snails does not originates from Philippines but introduced from South Africa. When kuhol was commercially introduced into the Philippines, its possible escape was not anticipated. The natural predators of the kuhol in South America do not exist in the Philippines. Therefore, there has been no natural check against growth and reproduction.
