Yes, a Hermit Thrush. Note the rufous on the tail and wings. I saw a dead Hermit thrush here a few days ago. :(
I think it is the Hermit Thrush because it seems a little smaller than a Wood Thrush - it is hard to tell http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Hermit_Thrush/id
