Description:

Also known as bigleaf periwinkle, large periwinkle and blue periwinkle, this is an evergreen perennial flowering plant belonging to a family Apocynaceae. Forms dense massifs and grows up to 50 cm in height; and produce five-petaled blue solitary flowers of some 5 to 6 cm in diameter.

Habitat:

Found in urban setting, around our building, in a part of the garden that was not really entertained for some time, and is full of wildflowers this spring.
