Description:

The last of the Black and Yellow Argiope's that I saw this late on in the season. We first met on a dark and rainy day. He was real scary looking. Dark features. He doesn't look so bad in the sun with flowers all around now. HA! (And the opposite side of the meadow from most of the Black and Yellows)

Habitat:

Meadow in the Poconos
