Description:

A blue Damselfly with green thorax with black lines, and light blue on the tail.

Habitat:

Open drains and lakes. Africa, Middle East and Asia.

Notes:

This COMMON BLUETAIL is my first Damselfly photograph, taken at Pasir Ris Farmway 3, Singapore. It is actually quite common in open drains and lakes. Can be found in Africa, Middle East and Asia. Also known as Marsh Bluetail, Ubiquitous Bluetail, African Bluetail, and Senegal Golden Dartlet.
