Field Notes

Description:

This cute little frog was about 5.5 cm (2.2 inches) long - not including hind legs.

Habitat:

Hills overlooking Manila.

Notes:

When we first saw him (4th picture) he was being chased by my husband and was quite a dark colour. 15 minutes later his colour was a bit lighter (1st 3 photos).

Yes, in fact he posed for 2 sessions. Then coming to the end of the 2nd session I assured him "Just one last shot." But directly after taking that photo, I was still greedy for more. He, however, had had enough, and retreated into his crevice over the window. Lost shot = last shot.
