A strange, small insect with green and orange transparent legs (missing one) It is resting on some corn leaves. Only photo! Maybe 1 inch?

These guys are cute little colorful nymphs, very distinctive.
I think you are absolutely right. I have another weird insect. It is orange. I posted it before this one. I found some strange ones. Thanks so much textless.
