Field Notes

Description:

Gray long hair persian-himilayan kitten with yellow-gold eyes

Habitat:

Spotted running around the house showing his personality in Escondido, California.

Notes:

Himalayans are one of the most popular and voted most adorable cat in america, but who knew mixing them with the luxurious fur of Persians would come up with something so cute! This little guy has a big heart and an interesting personality. He even lays on the eggs for our ducks and plays with the other cats and dogs. Unfortunately even he couldn't escape the coyotes, but he remains in our hearts!

I'm glad you know now so you can remember your other pets this way. Now just need to go to the store and get a few things. Cat 'paw paintings' are really popular right now and a lot of people want them too so opening a business for this wouldn't be so bad. :)
thanks coral! Loosing a pet is hard. i still grieve for my all black kitty. He passed away on Nov 16th 4 years ago. I usually see a rainbow around this time of the year and always remember Krista. i have said colorful pieces of wool with which Krista played and they are still tied to the bed post where she played. That's when i decided that i should get paw prints. But i always forget to ask the vet whenever i visit.
On this site people suggested using a baby footprint kit or 'using a regular ink pad... wiping off the excess after printing on paper. If you'r worried get a blank ink pad, mix liquid food coloring with a little bit of water and then saturate the pad and print. Food coloring will not harm your pet(s).' http://askville.amazon.com/Safe-cat's-paw-print/AnswerViewer.do?requestId=2776101
Lovely. You should save his paw prints. BTW do you know what paints to use to make paw prints for cats? I am thinking of it for my cat,
I added a few more photos of him to show his cool cat side.
He already does! Matting is usually because of his wet food that is not much fun to wash off every day, but it's worth it when we can make him purr. :)
Cute kitten but boy will that cat need a lot of grooming as an adult!
