Description:

This is a young porcupine, I've spotted him several times grazing beside the road at the same location.

Habitat:

We are in a heavily forested area along the CT/MA border. Lots of state land, and fewer than average people.

I do, a small little town atop a small mountain, surrounded by acres of state forest and not too many people. It can be rough for some folks, especially in winter but I love it.
Wonderful wildlife photos - thank you for sharing them. You must live in a great natural wildlife area.
I think so too :) I hope he made it through Storm Alfred and all the snow we received!
You're welcome :) Seriously, that little porcupine is so cute I've had to look at it a couple of times now.
P.S. Welcome to ProjectNoah, quite the collection you've built up within the past few days! :)
