Description:

This lobster was caught of the shore of Chebeague Island in Casco Bay and then released as it was too large to keep in Maine waters. This lobster could be 50 to 60 years old.

You would be fined in Maine and that is why huge lobsters caught outside waters are brought to Massachusetts where it is legal to keep these guys who have been around forever.
