Description:
This little white "trumpet" type mushroom was found while picking chanterelles. It was snow white when picked, one of the kids thought it was a chanterelle...
It has the false gills like chanterelle, but hollow all the way through the bottom.
Habitat:
Conifer mixed woods, clay soil
