Young. Longest about 3cm

Habitat:

Found under a rock in a woodland in Wiltshire.

Judging by this page found via Google image search they are young smooth newts. http://rxwildlife.org.uk/2008/03/18/young-newts/
We don't have salamanders in the UK and only a few types of newt so it should be fairly easy to narrow it down.
Yes thanks Melissa they are cool. Do you think they are lizards? I was guessing that they were newts but I'm not sure. I was hoping someone would help. Our most common newt in the UK is the smooth newt so that's the best bet.
