Description:

I do not know what this is; however, the jagged red-black combination served a pretty garish look amongst all of its gently sea-blown companions.

Notes:

Saw this while snorkeling at the most southern beach we kayaked to. The beach had lots of tar on it, and in the cove was an underwater arch that we could swim through.
