Thanks, Jean!! These were my most sought after when I started looking for mushrooms and we sure saw a lot today! The white "polka dots" on top of these reminds me of rock salt. We saw some just emerging, some chewed on by slugs and rodents and some perfect in maturity. Even the gills of the partly chewed ones looked beautiful to me.
