Field Notes

Description:

Cute little green cheek conjure posing for the camera. Didn't make a squawk while shooting, but is moderate with talking and very playful.

Habitat:

Spotted in backyard enclosure in Escondido, California-family pet, not native.

Notes:

His wings were clipped just before taking these photos, but his blue flight feathers were still visible! Trimming the wings does not hurt at all because it's only the feathers.
