Field Notes

Description:

Large, tan, male moth. Wings translucent in the sun.

Habitat:

Found on our garden fence.

Notes:

On a bright sunny day this moth caught my eye fluttering high above our garden. I watched it come down and land on the garden fence. I thought it odd to be flying high on a bright sunny day.
