perched in a sycamore tree on the bank of the Wabash river

Spotted near the first active Bald Eagle nest found in Tippecanoe county in over a century

@HeatherMiller we had been going out for weeks trying to get shots of bald eagles. This was the only one we saw and it was too far away to get a good photo. Bald eagles were reintroduced to Indiana in 1985. The nest near this photo has been active for over a decade.
