This bird is one of several that frequent this area. The tall poles of this about 100 feet from shore are a favorite perch.

Thanks, Folks. I know it's not the most appropriate image for PN, but it does reveal the distinctive profile of the osprey. ( I think many of us initially ID back-lit birds by profile)
