Thanks, @MichaelGeiser for correcting. Was checking further, it seems this could be the Male of Trilobite Beetle, not sure though. Hardly any materials online on the Male of Triolobite Beetle, they are also from the Lycidae family. The Female of Trilobite Beetle is shown in this spotting of the same location : http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/820346012
It definitely isn't a Calopteron. That's a genus restricted to the Americas. Also, it the antennae and the pronotum have a different shape. But its the right family, Lycidae.
