Description:
6 feet tall woody shrub with narrow succulent-like leaves, pale purple flowers and bright red fruit (at a distance looks like rosemary)
Habitat:
spotted on the edge of the Indian River, not growing in the water but close enough that any movement of the water washes over the base of the shrub
