Description:
Big, brown, furry, four-legged animals munching away on grass.
Habitat:
A sizable grassy field in a city park in San Francisco, maybe half a mile from the Pacific Ocean.
Notes:
This isn't a great picture, nor do I think it all too fair to post captive animals in any area except pets. However, I had never heard of the bison in Golden Gate Park until I stumbled upon them, and I bet most residents and visitors don't realize they live there either. So I thought I'd help spread the word.
