Thanks again for the ID bayucca. I'm not sure how I missed that one as I was going through the Butterflies of America site to get my initial ID.
I would rule out Tucuti and Brevicauda due to the slightly stronger and larger markings, the number of tiny spots on the forewing (however, these spots are not always shown clearly), but mostly due to the missing white, "bow-like" stripe on the hindwing. This is missing in Tucuti and Brevicauda, but seen in Astraptes fulgerator which actually is a taxonomic nightmare of about 9 or 10 phenotypically identical but genetically different species.
