Field Notes

Description:

White butterfly with black spots, concentrated at the edges of the wings, and black striped antennae with clubs.

Habitat:

Prairie wetland just south of town.

Notes:

We are working on a class project. This specimen looks very much like a cabbage butterfly, but the antennae look like the Summer Azure butterfly. Any help would be very much appreciated!!
