Sycamore leaves are 3 to 5 lobed. I am finally learning not to confuse it with liquidambar!
I'd say it's definitely a Sycamore (Platanus), possibly P. mexicana http://texastreeplanting.tamu.edu/Display_Onetree.aspx?tid=66
