Description:
Mountain Holly, related to (but little resembling) the familiar American holly, grows in swamps, forested peatlands, shoresides and other damp places throughout the Northeast. The showy fruit has a most beautiful soft crimson color.
Habitat:
Damp places in the Northeast.
