Red topped mushroom, with white gill underside.

Habitat:

Tall slender pine trees, with oaks, and sandy soil type, fall weather.

Notes:

Serveral other types.of mushrooms in the area.

Some sort of Russula mushroom, Silvicola more likely.

im not sure what its called, but i know its not poisinous ( or at least to box turtles it isnt) because last year there was abox turtle in my backyard eating one of those!
