Description:

Very small plant hopper, less than 1cm in length. Orange in colour with distinctive black/blue spots on the head.

Habitat:

Found in many bushes, spotted jumping from bush to bush.

I see this type often in the bushes too. In your 1st picture, note it has squirted some liquid from its rear.
