Description:

Spotted preying on a Tobacco Hornworm egg (Manduca sexta).
Like the adults (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/7823366), predatory stink bug nymphs are beneficial predators that feed on a variety of crop & garden pests.

Habitat:

Based on its predatory nature, usually in crops & gardens where its prey lives.

Notes:

The Hornworm's 'horn' is visible poking through the bottom of the egg membrane.
