It is similar to , but different from the standard yucca tree that you see in people's yards all over California. For the most part Joshua trees NEED the harsh environment of the desert that is named after them. It takes going there and seeing them to realize how unique they are
There are two in this home and they really standout. They are very different from any tree I have seen. Once fall is over they are barely recognizable!! Thank you so much for the feedback Karen!
Looks like a mulberry that has been heavily pruned. MOst peopel prune them that way
