Description:

A species of moth of the family Uraniidae.The moth has a wingspan of 10–16 cm (3.9–6.3 in). It is most abundant from June to November .

Habitat:

Forest margins, farm lands and even in populated areas where there is a abundance of caterpillar's hostplant .

Notes:

The second photo shows its size compared to a common house lizard.
