Thanks dandoucette, Geo and Cherrey!! Out of curiosity, I looked up some and its quite confusing between: Nemoria bistriaria, Nemoria lixaria, Nemoria darwiniata!! Will go with what Cherrey has suggested! :)
It's a Geometrid type moth if that helps with a direction.
I thinks this is a moth not a butterfly...need to look deeper! We wil find it TheArcher!
