thanks again,yes you elp i dont know any thing about spiders:-)i think the second id you made is more rigth because the legs,are more hairy
I am not sure, but it seems to be a member of the Linyphiidae Family.. Although, i've searched it a bit more and i'm thinking maybe it is not Gongylidium rufipes, because it doesn't fit the distirbution http://wiki.spinnen-forum.de/index.php?title=Gongylidium_rufipes .. It could be a Walckenaeria species.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walckenaeria I hope i helped a little...
I think it is Gongylidium rufipes , http://www.eurospiders.com/Gongylidium_rufipes.htm I am not sure, so i don't put it in suggestions.. But it looks like a lot..
