Thanks florida33girl! I accidentally had Heron written before. I've had trouble uploading things properly on my new phone. I didn't think it was a Great Cormorant bc it seemed a little different after researching. Also this isn't a very clear pic. But I think your right about it being a Double Crested Cormorant. Thanks!
Because of the location, this is a Double Crested Cormorant, which is very common in Florida. The Great Cormorant is similar but is rarely found in the U.S. except for a few colonies along the Atlantic Coast.
