The eyes remind me of those of a Chameleon's

this is the only exact species I can find on the web http://sgmacro.blogspot.com/2010/11/waglers-pit-viper-spotted.html but the blogger doesn't know the exact species.. still spotted in SG.. this one almost has the same coloring http://gallicissa.blogspot.com/2009/01/fulgoroid-friday.html but doesn't have the snout

i think this is some kind of lantern fly but the species needs some digging into
