These are the Little Kingfishers found in Australia (northern Queensland and north Northern Territory), Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. I suspect these were photographed in a zoo or bird park in Maine. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Kingfisher
