Notes:

Scorpionfish or Stonefish? Well-camouflaged beside a rock. Would appreciate suggestions.
Spotted at Secret Bay, Batangas during a dusk/night dive at a depth of about 6m.

Was initially thinking of that Blogie. But somehow this is stouter and rounder than your regular scorpionfish or at least the ones I have spotted previously...

It could also be a stonefish. I propose an ID above but you have to google for more images because they mimetize the color of their environment and the one in Wikipedia is very pink.
Could be a tasseled scorpionfish...
