reading whith more carefull the link you gave me ,i remark that the berrys could also bee like mines,purple-black,so is defenitly Black Nightshade,thanks again to both for the elp

i agree Lars,i see the photos of the link and the berry's are strongly BLACK,and mines are a litle purple ,so maby is a not black nightshade,i'll check now,and thanks both Meik and Lars for the elp
