Description:
A swarm of black ants on a banana plant's leaf.
It seems that the ants are lining up to feed on the "aphid honeydew" produced by the aphids on the large leaf.
A common mutualism commonly seen between ants and aphids.
Habitat:
Around the forest of Kinabalu National Park, Kundasang, Sabah, Malaysia.
