Field Notes

Description:

In Costa Rica, this species is known as "viudita". To identify this species I used the illustrations of the book "A Guide To The Birds Of Costa Rica" from F. Gary Stiles, Alexander F. Skutch & Dana Gardner, and a little research.

Habitat:

I saw these birds on the ground of a coffee plantation.
